KMP Accessories offers Free Standard Shipping on most everything in our store and Same Day Shipping (on most parts) if you order by 5PM MNT on a business day. We ship via UPS Ground and/or USPS to all locations in the Continental 48 States absolutely FREE.

So "Most Items" you might be wondering what we mean. Well due to the size and weight of some items like crate engines or transmissions, we do have an oversized or freight handling fee which can be found on the product page or in the check out. Additional handling fees may apply to some heavy or bulky items due to size, weight, or special handling requirements.

Estimated delivery times for orders sent via our Free Standard Shipping:
East Coast Customers, 2-4 business days
Midwest Customer, 1-3 business days
Southwest Customers, 1-3 business days
West Coast Customers, 2-4 business days

The majority our orders of ship out the same day or next business day. If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, your items will ship out on Monday. Also one thing that we like to mention is please check for the availability of an item which can be found on the item page just to the right of the image. If you are uncertain or would like to check availability please contact us to confirm as some items require additional processing time or are shipped directly from the manufacturer. 

Shipping Carriers:
KMP Accessories primarily uses FedEx, UPS or the United States Postal Service to ship our items, which does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so we strongly recommend that you provide a physical delivery address to avoid delivery issues or additional charges. Large items like front and rear bumper covers, crate engines or transmissions, due to their size and weight may be shipped via truck freight which could take additional time than stated above. 

Tracking a Package:
KMP Accessories sends an email with the tracking number for every order that is placed with a valid email address. Tracking information is also available by logging into your account (if with the same email address used to place your order). Please note that the weekend and holidays do not count as shipping days.

Canada Shipping:
KMP Accessories is one of the few Mustang Accessories companies that ships to Canada, and does so with all brokerage fees and taxes paid up front, which means, no hidden fees for you when your package arrives. Regretfully though
 not all products KMP Accessories sells can be shipped to Canada. Some examples of these items that can not be shipped to Canada are: Products that ship directly from the manufacturer, products that require freight shipping, gift certificates or unmounted tires.

Additionally, KMP Accessories is not able to ship to Canadian addresses with Postal codes beginning with X, Y, or Z.

Damaged Shipments:
The we do our best to prevent damage to every shipment, sometimes things can happen. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please call us within 48 hours of receipt and we will have a new product sent to you, and initiate a UPS claim for the item that was damaged. Please make sure you hold on to the original packaging that your item was sent in and packing material because the carrier, in most cases, will need to inspect the items. If you have not received your order even after the tracking shows it was delivered, contact us within 10 business days to start a UPS tracer.

Missing Shipments:
Occasionally packages can be lost or misrouted during transit. Before contacting us, please note the following estimated delivery times above, for orders sent via our Free Standard Shipping.

How much will shipping Cost if it does not fall under Free Shipping?  
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, items you've selected and all applicable duties and taxes. You will be able to see your shipping costs in the checkout process, prior to submitting your order.

Rules and Regulations:
- International orders are not eligible for Free or discounted shipping
- At this time, coupons are limited for use on orders shipping to destinations within the US only
- For Canadian and International customers, Once your order is placed, you may not change, modify or cancel it without contacting KMP Accessories
