* K.M.P. Accessories accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express card payments online. PAYPAL payments are also welcome. All PayPal orders must ship to the confirmed address. Confirmed addresses must be a street address and not a P.O. Box number.
RETURN POLICY
K.M.P. Accessories does not assume any responsibility for miss-orders by customers. Please read product descriptions carefully, if you have questions please ask. Returns for refund to K.M.P. Accessories must be pre-approved via email, or by phone. Items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restock fee and and the customer could be responsible for the shipping charges. K.M.P. Accessories will issue a R.A. number for every return. All returns MUST have the R.G.A. number on all boxes / cartons and shipping documents. Return for Refund or Return for Store Credit may take up to one week to process once item(s) are received. In some cases items sold by K.M.P. Accessories that are not manufactured by K.M.P. Accessories require warranty concerns be addressed through the original manufacturer. Please contact us first with your concerns as many times we can assist you directly.
Special order items are not returnable or refundable.
Please email or call within 24 hours of receiving product / package for approval. Package must be postmarked with tracking number no later than 5 days of original receipt date of the product. If for what ever reason, Item(s) is canceled or returned after that time a store credit only will be given to customer.
Only products that are Unused / Uninstalled, and in unopened, resalable packaging will be returnable. NO INSTALLED or MODIFIED PARTS / PRODUCTS ARE RETURNABLE! No shipping charges will be refunded. Return shipping costs are customers responsibility.
